Lisa Mendes is a student of the Faculty of Astrological Studies, and has been privately pursuing her interest in astrology for the last 20 years. She recently graduated with a distinction from the
MA Course in the Cultural Study of Cosmology and Divination at the University of Kent. Her current area of research is focused on the connection between solar and lunar phases, including eclipses and the solstices to cosmic geography, including sacred landscapes, cosmological maps and stone monument orientation; as well as the relationship of archaeoastronomy to both astrology and ancient initiation mysteries.
