The nodes and PoF (and angles) are considered points and so don't have orbs but the planets themselves that aspect them do, so you would want to check the conjunction rule for a given planet to be precise, however most traditional astrologers use a 5 degree rule, but the lesser the degree the more significant.

I have heard some astrologers only use aspects within 1 degree of asteroids, fixed stars, nodes, etc., so it definitely varies, but the 5 degree rule is uncomplicated and to me seems to work fine.
