We're moving through a period with Uranus with the Moon's North Node in Pisces and Saturn with the Moon's South Node on the opposite side of the chart. This constellation is rather interesting in terms of moving ahead (Uranus, North Node) verses what we are leaving behind (Saturn, South Node).

As an example of the far past, Saturn and South Node, the 3000 year old mummy of the Egyptian king, Tutankhamon, was put on exhibition for the first time on Sunday Nov.4. 2007. The mummy is so fragile that the mere warmth and humidity from people breathing on it can turn it to dust.

Virgo is existance, while Pisces is beyond reason. Anyone like to come up with some additional ideas and observations. It looks as if Uranus and the North Node is thumbs up for the New World?

Uranus in Pisces is chance and the diversification of options offered by the future, while Saturn in Virgo is the single thread and evidence of a distant past. Anyone else stood at either the bow or stern of our karmic ship with an opinion on the compass needles?

Karmic hang-overs = stuff that gets hung up in the maelstrom that follows in the wake of a ship in motion.

Well I was pondering Saturn in Virgo Earlier, because well, at solstice point, Mercury and Saturn will be in Mutual reception and it occured to me that Saturn in virgo seems a fairly steady thing? One might think of Saturn as restriction or authority, but one might also think of Saturn as Stability, the conservative parental nature, and in Steadfact practical Virgo, and Saturn and Southnode get on well together, Or so I've heard, so I would think that is a good spot for him.

uranus/change in Pisces/the sign of regeneration and creativity, well I should think that Free thinkers and the conservative might need to learn how to get along because in opposition they have elements of understanding (ergo marriages are made this way) But only if they learn to balance the ying and yang of it. well just my two bits. did you note Jupiter and Saturn approaching Trine finally after Solstice? hopefully some of the tensions around the world will ease!

I don’t see Virgo as all that stable and steadfast – well, I take that back. Maybe it is, but with Mercury acting as domicile and exaltation ruler, and Virgo being a Mutable sign, there’s plenty to keep things moving. But it is an Earth sign – so it’s easy to see Virgo as a back-and-forth twitching sort of sign, with a tendency to end up in the same spot, for all its fretting. Saturn is a limiting addition to already localized motion. Slow and heavy twitching, more of a falling from one side to the other, with both eyes on the beans to make sure they’re still counted and stacked. A mumble, grumble and sigh. Some gas.

Uranus across the way in Pisces is sending electrical charges through the damp mist, which sounds pretty, if rather pointless. He’s posing impressively and grinning wildly. But that’s for show. Poor fella. He’s annoyed and frustrated – he knows that folks below are expecting him to produce fantastic and frightening upsets and blowouts. But really now, what can you do with two fish and a bunch of mist? He wants a better sign: he just can’t wow and bedazzle in Pisces. He needs some workable real material he can hold in his hands – something he can blow up.

So what could possibly happen when a cranky, ponderous, fretting bean counter and a wet, frustrated, attention-craving stage magician oppose each other? With the Mutable signs involved, maybe not so much. Just a bunch of relatively small-time effects. Perhaps they’re both just aiming for a gracious exit and the upcoming ‘Really Big Show’: Libra and Aries.

Confused

Wait a few years for the exploding rams.

As an Aries with Libra rising I look forward to the show. Wink
