The problem with my mailbox (with apologies to anyone who tried to email me in the last few days, and a big 'NB' to anyone using the same ISP) was this: my ISP (BTInternet aka BTOpenworld aka BT-Yahoo) upgraded their service to include spam interception. What they didn't mention was that all the spam would be diverted to a sub-folder, which would quickly fill up and cause all emails to be rejected with a 'mailbox full' message. :evil:

My email's up and running again now.
