Can the moon be considered void of course if it is 15 minutes past its last major aspect? Or would this be a judgement call based on the overall chart?

Hi Taurus

This rather depends on which school of thought you follow regarding the void of course Moon. One says it is VOC if it makes no further aspects before leaving its sign. The other says it is not VOC if it is within moiety orb of its next aspect, even after it has changed sign.

Following the first rule, I'd say the Moon is VOC but the planet it has so recently separated from should yield useful information regarding the question.
