Here is a link to a PHD presented in France by Karine Gadré, who
finished her PhD dissertation in 2008 on the subject of the identification of Egyptian decans.

I dont read French myself so I cannot comment on the bulk of the text.  However, the summary is in French and English.

Yes its surprising I have the cheek to post here really isn't it? Did I mention I dont have a PHD either?
