It's possible you're posting in the wrong forum, this forum is, explicitly, for discussion of one particular branch of astrology - horary.

Do you mean what do the North node mean in horary?

The north node and true node are, for practical purposes, synonymous. The north node is a mathematical construct defining where a planet crosses the ecliptic (in this case the planet is the moon), when on taking an average it is called the Mean node but when calculated exactly it is called the True node, however both are describing the north node (it's just how accurately it is calculated that determines whether is referred to as the true or mean node).

In the context of horary it can be said to bring a boon or have a kind benefic quality to it. It tends to increase.
