As explained above, the entire natal chart or horoscope is divided into 12 parts, known as Houses. Each house consists of 300 Each house has its own characteristics.

Please note that the house are divisions of the birth charts, whereas the signs are divisions of the zodiac, although both consist of 300 each.

For example, for a particular birth, the horoscope is shown on page 43; with Ascender is Scorpio (8). The house containing sign9 will be II house and so on.

Planets posited in angular house are the strongest, then the planets in trine house, then the plants in Succedent house and then the plants in cadent house. Houses VI, VIII, and XIII are always considered evil house.
