My books are going to be in storage for a few more days so I can't check, but I know al-Qabisi in "Ad Magisterium Iudiciorum", translated as "Introductions to Traditional Astrology" by Ben Dykes, has a section on the colors of the houses. It's on page 80. I sourced that for a translation I'm working on.

Maybe there's a section there on the signs?

Yes. The thing is, I'm looking for Arabic sources of Tajika lists of colour correspondences. It would be ironic if they turned out to be of Indian origin, via an Arabic author, but perhaps it's not the most likely scenario.
