.

The Nakshatras are the bedrock of astrology as perhaps the most ancient astrology sources found, and originated in the Veda books of old Indian culture.

The placement of planets in nakshatras in the birthchart reveals a lot of karmic realities for an individual in sometimes ashtonishing ways.

Likewise in mundane astrology the nakshatras are useful indicators of global happenings and trends.

Here is an example of this:

Currently transit saturn is going into the nakshatra Purva Ashada. This nakshatra is related to water, as the ruling deity is Apas the god of water.

This is how astrologer James Kelleher puts it:

[/quote]Saturn entered Purva Ashadha nakshatra on November 27, 2018, and it will stay there until December 26th, 2019. Purva Ashadha is connected with Apas, the goddess of water. During this period, there could be an uptick of challenging events related to water on the global level. This could include limited access to water due to droughts or due to deteriorating infrastructure in various parts of the world. Water can sometimes be an issue when there is too much of it, such as when it floods. So flooding, mud slides, tsunamis and similar water-damage events are also within the repertoire of this transit"

Watch for indications of this, during the first part of the transit, that take the form of coalitions or resolutions by groups or nations to commit more fully to addressing environmental problems related to water. In any case, there could be an increase in the sense of urgency about the warming of the oceans, melting icecaps, and other water-related environmental issues.

The 6 january Eclipse at 21 degree in sidereal sagittarius in nakshatra Purva Ashada is transited now by transit saturn also at 21 degree sag.

Purva Ashada is located in sidereal sag 13'20-26'40'

Within Purva Ashada nakshatra, however, we may find more phenq courage from within than seems readily at hand.

This condition can also be observed with transiting planets.

Yesterday this picture was going viral over the globe in various news reporting.

https://www.bbc.com/news/world-europe-48674797

This picture nails the massive change going through with the water.

This day 18 jun 2019 had the transiting Moon joining transiting saturn and Ketu,
all three in sagittarius, and in the nakshatra Purva Shada related to water.
