Questions about Sect and Sun's beams in a nocturnal chart

1
Here is the situation:

Saturn in a nocturnal chart, out of sect, in a feminine sign.

Put it below the horizon and it is not "ex-contitione", which it would be above the horizon.

In other words put it in the hemisphere where the Sun is in order that it benefits from Sun's heat, albeit in a nocturnal chart.

Here is my thinking and the question which I put to the forum:

If Saturn is under sun's beams it benefits, or even that combustion may benefit it, since the cold of Saturn in a nocturnal chart is great. The thinking behind this is that if Saturn is out of sect it has excessive cold, yet if you place this out of sect Saturn under Sun's beams, within 15 degrees of Sun, then although not day, and below the horizon, Saturn yet benefits from the heat of the Sun, which counteracts its coldness.

If Sun is out of the orb of Saturn, there is no effect on Sun. Yet Saturn may be within the orb of Sun, my question is whether anyone might find a reason to say that this is beneficial to Saturn (in a nocturnal chart).

Saturn is already contrary to the sect in a nocturnal chart. The Greek word (hairesis) also means division or school of thought. Schmidt has given the metaphor of "political affiliation" as well. Saturn is still combust under the beams at night. Each condition means something in its own right and the tendency to lump different conditions together should have good reasoning behind it. There are some composite concepts in the tradition but recovering the philosophical principle is key to understanding.

They both mean different things so it depends upon the context. Venus of the sect in favor generally indicates that it works to your benefit within the topics represented by Venus (lots, houses - local determination; and general signification). When it's contrary to the sect, the benefits of Venus are theoretically working against your best interest or potential (heimarmene). It can indicate something that appears good that is an ultimate detriment, such as a marriage that leads your career astray.

Venus in triplicity can increase eminence (winds) if it happens to be a trigon lord of the sect light and well placed. It generally indicates favorable testimony and enhances agreement (being of the same element or wind)between planets within the same trigon. It it's in its own "element" then the planet feels at home. If the planet is in another's trigon, then said planet defers to the leader of the trigon / triplicity.
