A Sanskrit text has turned up a reference to Dorotheus in the context of judging longevity, and I'm trying to find an Arabic source for it. (As far as I've been able to make out, it's not in the Arabic Dorotheus.) All suggestions welcome!

The technical material is brief and fairly generic (strong triplicity rulers, angular benefics, etc), though there is some emphasis on the 9th house and its ruler, which struck me as a little unusual. But there are some particular phrases that look as if they were taken over from the source text, and I'm hoping that someone will recognize them:

- he will live until the end of youth
- he will see his sons and grandsons
- he will grow old and honoured in his own house
