2 by skyrack Frawley omits the antiscia of the Significators when considering Testimonies of the Nodes. So I would discount that one. Pluto is not ON the Cusp, but IN the house, and I would likewise discount that. As you don't give details of the event, I cannot see if there any other Testimonies. What was the outcome?
