I do apologise for the delay completing this list. I had hoped to have this completed several weeks ago. However, this has not been practical due to personal commitments that have given me little time to complete this. As John Lennon said 'Life is what happens while we are making plans''. I hope to produce a serviceable version of this list with statistics by Sunday February 5th. So please bear with me a few more days. For now the stats are not reliable. So I would appreciate it if people would not circulate or highlight this list at present.
