An interesting new piece of research from Japan that seems to confirm a link between the Moon, tides and earthquake activity.

http://www.natureworldnews.com/articles/28612/20160913/new-study-suggests-the-moon-triggers-enormous-earthquakes.htm

But its nothing very remarkable to those who have followed astrological research on earthquakes.

thanks mark,

"nine of the 12 biggest earthquakes recorded had occurred on days with a new or full moon." that is not much of a statistic to work with, but it's a start.. what i would like to know is when do astrologers get a tidal sheet to help narrow down the times when they can tell their clients to watch out for earthquakes? living on the cascadia fault line is fun, until it isn't.. apparently when the dogs start barking, i am supposed to run to higher ground!
can i trust the uk mail online for this type of info?

it looks like this is an example where the scientific community is opening a crack in what is an otherwise closed door/mind towards anything astrological, but i doubt it!
