I find time zones difficult. Is this chart correct for 16.50 local time, Barcelona?

Looks ok to me. A minor tweak though as 16:56 CEST is now the reported time for the start of the van attack in Barcelona. So the ASC is even closer to Saturn.

The Wikipedia link states the time was as follows:

At 16:56 CEST (UTC+2) on 17 August

UTC is in practical terms almost synonymous with GMT. In Winter Spain would be be 1 hour ahead of UTC/GMT. But Spain like Britain is currently adding an extra hour ahead for Summer time. So Spain is two hours ahead of UTC/GMT at present.

CEST=Central European Summer Time

https://www.timeanddate.com/time/zones/cest

Spain is 2 hours ahead of GMT hence UTC+2. That means local time in Spain is actually 1 hour ahead of local (British Summer Time -BST) in the UK at present.

It can often get confusing with charts around the world and all the different local time zones and daylight saving times. The best tip is to do as you did here and find the time in UTC and simply put that time on the chart as you have done making sure UTC is selected. It can get tricky though when you you only have a local time reported and its unclear whether daylight saving is in operation or not. That is why internationally reputed news agencies like Reuters are very useful as they generally report stories in UTC and local time.

Hi Mark
If you look at The Eclipse Chart, in August and use Astrocartography, you will see both Mars (aggression) and The Node (The Public) run through Barcelona, this Mars also got triggered with Mars/Pluto with their Police Force.
