Navy is the 1st. Taurus and Venus. Army is the 7th. Scorpio and Mars.

Venus is in the 7th. and exalted by terms and face.
Mars is in the 6th. exalted by sign, triplicity, terms, and face.

The Moon does give a translation of light from Neptune to Jupiter but I don't think this has much impact on this chart.

Venus in the 7th. and heavily exalted Mars favors the away team.

Army should win.

Dallas at Oakland Sunday afternoon.

Oakland is the 1st. Cancer and the Moon. Dallas is the 7th. Capricorn and Saturn.

The Moon is peregrine in the 6th. while Saturn is exalted by face in the 6th. but also Void of Course.

Pluto in the 7th. and the Part of Fortune in the 1st. are moderately favorable for the home team.

The Moon separates from Venus and applies to a trine to Uranus in the 11th.

I think this will be a bit of a surprise game.

I will pick Oakland to win.

Dallas won 20-17

I will try San Diego St. at Army

Army is the 1st. Taurus and Venus. San Diego St. is the 7th. Scorpio and Mars.

Venus is exalted by triplicity and Void Of Course.
Mars is exalted by sign, triplicity, and face.
The Moon separates from the Sun and applies to Mars.

Venus Void of Course tells the tale.

San Diego St. should win.

Hi nipoleon.

I can understand why you chose San Diego.

Do I understand correctly that Army won and San Diego were favourites?

If it was a UK soccer match I may have been tempted to say a draw.

If US football is mainly win or lose (heads or tails) I prefer to look at soccer as there are 3 potential outcomes.

My only thoughts as to the 'underdog' winning are:

The Moon's next aspect to Mars is too far away to be considered.

The Moons last aspect was to the Sun and the ascendant ruler is under the beams

The chart is not radical by : hour ruler is not the ascendant ruler/not the same triplicity/humurol quality/hour ruler and ascendant are not the same triplicity.

I look forward to reading more of posts.
C'est la vie, say astrologers, goes to show you never can tell.

I will try Alabama at Clemson, one of the NCAA football semi-final games. The other game Oklahoma at Georgia is not radical.

Clemson is the 1st. Leo and the Sun. Alabama is the 7th. Aquarius and Saturn.

Saturn is exalted by sign in the 5th. The Sun is exalted by face in the 5th.
The exalted Moon gives a translation of light from Venus to the Sun.

Because of the translation of light, I'm going to side with the home team.

Clemson should win.

Buffalo at Jacksonville in the AFC wildcard game.

Jacksonville is the 1st. Taurus and Venus. Buffalo is the 7th. Scorpio and Mars.

This should be easy.
Venus is exalted by triplicity and terms in the 9th.
Mars is exalted by sign, triplicity, and face in its own house.

Exalted Mars in its own house is overwhelmingly favorable for the visitor.

Buffalo should win.

Jacksonville won 10-3

Let's try Atlanta at Philadelphia.

Philadelphia is the 1st. Cancer and the Moon. Atlanta is the 7th. Capricorn and Saturn.

Saturn is exalted in the 6th. the Moon is exalted by face in the 6th.
The Moon applies from Jupiter to Pluto but there is no shared dignity so there is no translation of light.

Mercury and the Sun co-rule the 7th. but Mercury is Void of Course and the Sun is exalted only by face.

The most important thing I can see here is Pluto on the cusp of the 7th.

Because of Pluto, I'm going to pick the home team.

Philadelphia should win.

Philadelphia won the previous game 15-10

Let's look at Minnesota at Philadelphia.

Philadelphia is the 1st. Leo and the Sun. Minnesota is the 7th. Aquarius and Saturn.

Both the Sun and Moon are peregrine in the 6th. and 8th. houses.
Saturn is exalted by sign and terms in the 5th. Neptune is exalted in the 7th.

The Moon gives a translation of light from Uranus to Mars.

I haven't had much success with charts when a significator is a peregrine lately. I'm beginning to believe that being peregrine is an advantage.

I'm going to call this Philadelphia will win.
