Does anyone use the exalted ruler of the 1st?

I've had this question on my mind for a very long time! Has anyone had success using exaltation rulers in place of domicile rulers to decipher the meaning of a horary question?

A good example 7th house question - Cancer Rising - Domicile: Moon / Exaltation: Jupiter

Moon in Capricorn - in detriment and weak
Saturn in Sagittarius - dignity of Cancer Rising exaltation ruler
Jupiter in Scorpio - dignity of Mars (the exaltation ruler of Capricorn)

If we use this chain we tie can back a large amount of reception between both significators. If we ignore exaltation rulers we can say the querent is very interested in the quesited, while quesited is giving little thought to the querent (and is also in his own 12th house).

We do use this method of exaltation rulers in natal Hellenistic Astrology, however, I am not sure to what extent it is applied in horary.

Thank you for your input.
