CORNELIUS AGRIPPA The nativity of Cornelius Agrippa, as handed to us from the ancients, is displayed in the annexed Plate. But as this geniture has been considered, by all the professors of the astral science, not authentic; which indeed appears but too obvious from the discordancy of its parts, and from the impossibility of its admitting the test of rectification, I decline giving any remarks of my own upon it; and shall leave it, as he was an uncommon character, to the contemplation of those, who may hereafter rise to greater perfection in astrological enquiries.
