Because of Deb's book offerings on her site I have started to study Lilly's second book. When Lilly drew up the horary chart, he used it like a natal chart of the person's life and answered a multiple of questions that I thought a new chart would need to be drawn. I got the impression that how much information you could get from the chart depended on how radical the chart was.
